Bishop says he primarily handles litigation matters for financial institutions and oil and gas operators. He says he will spend part of his time working in Cox Smith’s San Antonio office.
Before joining Cox Smith, Bishop was a partner in McAllen’s Ellis, Koeneke, Ramirez & Bishop, where he started his legal career after receiving his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996, he says.
