His practice will focus on environmental requirements, Bull says. That will include working on transactions, compliance counsel, environmental litigation and representing clients in enforcement actions. He says he will focus somewhat on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, which deals with the disposal of solid and hazardous waste, and the Clean Air Act Section 112r, which addresses chemical accident prevention regulations.
Bull says he served as an assistant regional counsel in EPA Region 6, which covers Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Oklahoma. While at the EPA, he worked in the Hazardous Waste Enforcement Branch.
Before joining the agency in May 2011, he spent nine years as an attorney at Gardere, Bull says. He is a 2002 graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
