David S. Goldberg, a transactional attorney with 26 years of legal experience, joined Kelly Hart & Hallman in Fort Worth as a partner March 4.
“I’m very pleased to be associated with a firm with such a long and distinguished reputation as Kelly Hart & Hallman,” says Goldberg (pictured).
Before joining Kelly Hart, Goldberg was the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Union Drilling Inc., an oil and gas drilling contractor. Goldberg, who managed Union Drilling’s legal affairs and its human resources and risk management departments, says the company sold in late 2012.
After receiving his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1987, he began his legal career at Haynes and Boone in Fort Worth, Goldberg says. He says he was vice president, secretary and general counsel of InterTAN Inc. from 1995 to 1999, when he became senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Radio Shack Corp.
Goldberg is in Kelly Hart’s corporate and securities practice group.
