Houston-based Porter Hedges has announced that three of its attorneys have become partners in the firm, effective Jan. 1.
Jason T. Lloyd (pictured) is a partner in the firm’s finance section. He says most of his practice involves financing transactions and that, for the most part, his clients are financial institutions, asset-based lenders, private equity firms and borrowers and issuers of debt.
Lloyd says he received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003 and joined M. Steve Smith & Associates in Houston shortly after graduating. He says he joined Porter Hedges in 2006.
Kevin J. Poli is a partner in Porter Hedges’ corporate practice group. He says his practice focuses on representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Poli says he joined Porter Hedges shortly after receiving his J.D. from the UT law school in 2003.
