Patton Boggs announced Jan. 9 the election of six of its attorneys, including two in its Dallas office, to partnership.
Michael D. Cuda says he joined Patton Boggs as of counsel in 2012 and practices in the corporate finance and energy and natural resources practice groups. He says he counsels U.S-based and international companies on oil and gas financial transactions.
“I was a banker before I went to law school,” Cuda says. He says he earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1991.
Cuda says his community activities include serving as vice chairman of the board for Recovery Resources Council, based in Tarrant County. The council provides drug and alcohol counseling and education, he says.
Cuda says he also is active in scouting and serves as a committee chairman for Boy Scout Troop 1979.
Kari S. Grzych, formerly an associate in the Dallas office, is also a new partner in Patton Boggs.
