Clients have ranked Jackson Walker among top firms in the country for client services for the fifth year, according to a survey conducted by BTI Consulting Group.
Wade Cooper, Jackson Walker’s managing partner and a partner in its Austin office, says the 356-lawyer firm was named to BTI’s 2013 Client Service A-Team.
“We’re very excited to receive that recognition because paying attention to clients is really job No. 1,” Cooper says.
He says the results of BTI’s survey indicate that Jackson Walker is keeping clients satisfied in a very competitive climate. According to its website, BTI provides direct strategic market research for professional services firms.
