Austin-based Harden Healthcare announced Jan. 14 that it has promoted Ben Hanson (pictured) to executive vice president.
Hanson, who joined Harden in 2008, says he previously served as senior vice president and general counsel. He will continue to be the company’s general counsel, Hanson says.
Hanson says he is a 1999 graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law. He says that between 2003 and 2005 he served as chief of staff and general counsel for two secretaries of state, Geoff Connor and Roger Williams, and was an assistant general counsel for Gov. Rick Perry.
His activities outside his work at Harden include serving on the board of directors for Meals on Wheels and More in Central Texas.
