Newsmakers: Dallas attorney obtains TBLS certification in business bankruptcy law

Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser in Dallas announced Jan. 8 that Hudson M. Jobe, a shareholder in the firm, has obtained board certification in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Jobe says he joined Quilling, Selander in 2004 and is one of five lawyers at the firm certified in business bankruptcy law by the TBLS. He says he is a member of the firm’s bankruptcy and business litigation practice groups. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and receivership proceedings as well as commercial litigation.

Jobe says he clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert L. Jones of the Northern District of Texas in Lubbock in 2003-2004 after graduating cum laude from Baylor Law School.
