Jeffrey B. Andrews (pictured) joined Bracewell & Giuliani on Jan. 14 as a partner in the firm’s technology practice in Houston.
Andrews says he handles outsourcing, sourcing and technology transactions, especially focusing on negotiation outsourcing contracts for a diverse array of industries. Noting that outsourcing can cover a large number of different functions, Andrews says he has worked on many human-resources outsourcing contracts.
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1997, Andrews says that he worked for more than a year as an in-house attorney for Electronic Data Systems in Dallas. He says he has worked at several firms and left Thompson & Knight to join Bracewell.
Andrews says his community activities include working with his wife to help set up fundraising events for Nora’s Home, which provides affordable lodging for transplant patients and their families in Houston.
