Miller says he has a civil litigation practice and represents clients in state and federal courts. He says he also has a family law practice.
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998, Miller was an assistant city attorney for the city of Dallas, where he says he prosecuted misdemeanor cases. Miller says he joined Minton, Burton, Foster & Collins in Austin as an associate in 1999 and became a partner before leaving that firm in 2011 to start his solo practice.
