Friedman says he graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2007. He says he worked five years as an associate at Blackburn & Carter in Houston prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink.
Friedman, whose practice focuses on groundwater and surface water issues, says he primarily represents governmental entities and private property owners before state and federal agencies and the courts. He says he assists clients with regulatory and compliance matters.
Vassar, a 2011 honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, says he worked at Bickel & Brewer in Dallas before joining Lloyd Gosselink. He says that prior to enrolling in law school, he was a legislative aid to state Sen. Mark Obenshain, who serves in the Virginia General Assembly. The experience provided him experience in the political and legislative arena, he says.
According to Vassar, his practice involves assisting clients with the permitting process at state agencies and in dealing with compliance issues at state and federal agencies.
