Effective Jan. 1, 2013, Dallas associate Kelly Vickers (pictured) will become a partner in Locke Lord.
Vickers, one of seven attorneys whom Locke Lord promoted firmwide, says she joined the firm on Feb. 1, 2010. She is a member of the white-collar criminal-defense and internal-investigations practice group.
“We represent mostly individual clients and corporations in white collar criminal matters,” Vickers says. She says she also represents clients in complex business litigation.
Vickers says she graduated in 2003 from Baylor Law School, where she was an editor on the Baylor Law Review. Prior to joining Locke Lord, she was an attorney at Fish & Richardson in Dallas, Vickers says.
She says she is proficient in Spanish.
