Newsmakers: Weil, Gotshal & Manges names Houston partner

Billeck_jason_128x175Jason Billeck (pictured), litigation counsel in the Houston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, will become a partner in the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2013.

Billeck says he graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1997 and worked at the former firm of Gibson Ochsner & Adkins in Amarillo for approximately 18 months prior to joining Weil in July 1999.

He says his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
