If you have an opinion on the federal rules of practice and procedure, the Judicial Conference of the United States wants to hear from you. The judicial conference’s advisory committees on appellate, bankruptcy, criminal and evidence rules have proposed changes to forms and rules.

Most of the changes are to Part VIII of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, which deals with bankruptcy appeals, she says.
“It’s a complete redo of the appellate bankruptcy rules,” Wilson says.
