Michael K. Hurst (pictured), a partner in Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank in Dallas, has been named chairman of the Dallas Bar Association’s 2012-2013 Equal Access to Justice Campaign benefiting the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
“I am very honored and humbled to have been selected,” Hurst says. “I’m going to work hard so I don’t let the campaign or anyone else down for purposes of equal access to justice.”
Hurst says it is a critical time for the campaign and he hopes “people will start jumping on so we can reach our goals.”
