Newsmakers: Four associates join Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Dallas office

C. Scott Murray (pictured), Elizabeth M. Ryan, David Y. Sillers and Jason E. Wright have joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Dallas as associates. Murray is in the firm’s corporate practice while Ryan, Sillers and Wright practice in litigation.

Murray says he began his practice in New York before joining Weil. “I am originally from the South and was looking forward to getting back to the South,” he says. Murray earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He says Weil “has a strong private equity practice” so coming to the firm was “a pretty easy choice to make.”

Ryan earned her law degree from Harvard Law School. Sillers and Wright earned their law degrees from the University of Michigan Law School.
