Due to system upgrades, the court-document electronic-filing system through Texas.gov will not be available today through Monday. This weekend, Texas NICUSA, a vendor that contracts with the state to operate the e-filing system, is updating the infrastructure that runs the system. Starting on Sept. 1, e-filing costs will increase by $1 to help pay the costs of the upgrade. Read more here.
