I attended Lost in the Stars on Friday night, and since the heiarng devices did not work at all, was not able to hear any of the dialogue!! I heard some of the music (I was in the upper balcony, and had counted on the heiarng devices!!) but could only follow the story because I had read Cry the Beloved Country!! Those of us with heiarng problems DEPEND ON THESE DEVICES, so you must be sure they are working! When I told the man to whom I returned them (after a long wait for the elevator!) he made no comment and just threw them in a bin with others so the next person will also get non-working devices. Very disappointed. Was crying and sad/mad when I left, having wasted 5 hours and my money!! You can do better! MJT
