Just the other day, I was thinking to myself: “Remember when Justice Dale Wainwright made a really salient point during oral arguments in Perry Homes, et al. v. Cull, et al.? I wish I had a way to look that up.” (Honestly, I can’t remember if Wainwright made a salient point during that argument.) But now I have an easy way to find out. Since 2006 St. Mary’s University School of Law and the Texas Supreme Court have partnered to provide the court’s oral arguments through live Web casts (in fact, the controversial Perry Homes was one of the first). And today, St. Mary’s announced that all of those arguments will be available on iTunes U, which is a source of free educational content and stores lectures, presentations, videos and podcasts from all over the world. And now it also has the Perry Homes argument. Hurrah.
