Live, for two shows only -- it's the 4th Court of Appeals

Although it might appear that San Antonio’s 4th Court of Appeals is poised to begin live webcasting of oral arguments, that’s not the case.  Keith Hottle, clerk of the 4th Court, says the court is scheduled to hear two cases March 5 at St. Mary’s University School of Law, which is set up to do live webcasting.  Hottle says the 4th Court is allowing a live webcast of the two cases the court will hear at St. Mary’s: Continental Homes of Texas v. The City of San Antonio, a civil case, and Arturo Mata v. State, a criminal case.  But the 4th Court will have to wait to webcast any other cases live.  “We’re not set up at the Justice Center to do live webcasts,” Hottle says.
