Fulbright expands Middle East practice

Randel R. Young, a global energy projects partner in Fulbright & Jaworski’s Houston office, has relocated to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates as part of the firm’s continued expansion in the Middle East. Young has worked in international project development and is involved in project finance transactions. Richard Devine, another transaction lawyer who recently joined Fulbright from London-based Denton Wilde Sapte as a senior associate, will be working with Young in the Dubai office.  Fulbright also beefed up its legal staff in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the firm practices in association with the Kadasa Law Firm. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, a Saudi national, and Richard Tyner, formerly the partner-in-charge of the Riyadh office of the Law Offices of Dr. Mujahid Al-Sawwaf, have joined Fulbright’s team in Riyadh.
